Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

This is my first year at the Jackson Hewitt in Mt Holly and I will definitely be back!! Lisa completed my return and I could not be more pleased...professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am telling all of my friends about this place:)

I love this office in Mt. Holly. Its always neat and clean and Lisa does a great job. She always takes time to explain everything and I feel confident about her knowledge.

Ms Lisa was a little rude , and stand-offish. We went Saturday, and my son went back out to the car to get his tablet, although I do admit it was cold out , but his foot hit the door and it did not close, instead of asking me to close it , she gets up and slammed the door back . Didn’t even acknowledge my son or even spoke to him he is 6. Secondly, the fees are outrageous, I paid 437$ to file my taxes to much to be paying out and we are in the middle of a pandemic ud83dude37, I’m a single mom of 3 children. My oldest son was shot and killed a year ago. I could have taken my taxes to the Jackson Hewitt in Walmart to get them filed for 180$. She failed to tell me that. I could have also filed my taxes for free, and they charged me all of those fees don’t make no sense ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c . I’m never ud83dudc4e going back ! When I sign for my state. That will be it for me! To damn expensive!!!
