One star??? They don't deserve even that after the treatment I had today. Made my order online and went to pick it up. Got to the store and rang the door bell for service. The lady inside just totally ignored me. I wait in the icy cold wind for 10 minutes with acknowledgement at all. I rang the door a second time. Finally I get response. The woman came to the window. I gave her my name and here to pick an order. All awhile the is very rude to me. I went to pay with my debit card and she practically cursed me out and we don't accept credit or debit cards. I have been here before recently and paid with my debit card. And each time this woman is hateful and rude. After today Franklinton Domino's has lost my business unless they fire her. If you don't like your job. You shouldn't be there.

If google would allow me to rate this store at zero stars I would! The management is not helpful and they quoted me a 4 hour delivery time while I am 1/2 mile from the store, while the website quoted a 1 1/2 delivery time. During the past year they have lied about delivery times, saying that it was already delivered, literally turned off their internet to not receive any more orders. Manager stated that this was approved by the owner and still rejected online coupons. The manger also advised us to call before placing an online order as the internet does not “ provide an accurate estimate “. Food and service has completely gone down hill as we have never once asked for anything for free. Avoid this store at all cost.

I will never order here again. I ordered a few weeks ago and it took them an hour and a half to deliver the pizza. By the time I got it it was cold. I order today and the same thing is happening again. Never again will I order from here.

I've never met a rude driver. My pizza is hot and fresh. Great job!

Worest customer service and delivery, never Domino's Pizza again. Very rude customer service, if can't take the heat of kitchen find you another job. Don't make people life miserable because you don't like your job.
