Advance Auto Parts

I usually go to the one in louisburg do to the fact the staff is more friendly and more helpful. Today proved that I walked in and all of the staff was on there cell phone and when I said I made an order online, the cashier had a sarcastic and rude remark. I would give this store a zero if possible but sadly it is not.

I went into this business to look for a few parts. None of the 6 employees in there would help nor where they wearing their face masks. One employee kept making me wait and repeat because he was helping another employee. Instead we left. Dont think ill return to advance autos again. Another parts store had my parts AND were eager to help the min I walked in.

Went in for windshield wipers, had no idea what size or how to change them, told them my make/model and year of my car. They looked it up, gave me the price range and brands of wipers. Once I told them which wipers I wanted they not only got them off the shelf, they installed them within minutes. I would definitely recommend them!

I called about a fuse, the main fuse for the car, he acted like he needed to see the fuse to know which one. I've called many places and had no problem as far as finding the right fuse, it just isn't in stock. After calling this store, the employee I spoke to was very unknowledgable and did not help with something very simple to look up in their system. I feel like if I was that employee I'd know exactly what to do.... is it laziness or just a person not knowing what they're doing.
