Well maintained trail with some really beautiful areas and lots of greenery. The waterfall at the far end is a cool site, but it was dried up when I went in early September.nParking at this site might be tight, but there is another much larger lot closer to the waterfall to the southeast.nOnly complaint is that both times I've been we saw someone walking their dog unleashed.

Beautiful and easy trail. Kids and family friendly with just about few hundred feet elevation gain.nThe sign says the trail is closed during working hours weekdays for some improvements late August 2020. Our Friday evening hike was very relaxed and enjoyable.

Well maintained.

Don't park at Cinder Mine trailhead. Small parking lot with easy smash and grab since you can't see it from the road.

A quaint and low trafficked trail in short distance from the city. If you’re in a quick need of a getaway to be surrounded by nature, check our Coal Creek! It is not difficult in elevation and is suitable for children.
