My Pizza hut location is on Ramsey St in North Carolina, 28311.nMy average wait time said 30-35 minutes on Monday 01March. The online website said my order was sent at 6:03PM, and I didnt receive my pizza for more than two and a half hours. After two hours I called to inquire about the status of my pizza and the female employee was rude, short, and offered no help besides my delivery driver was an hour and a half behind schedule. I saw my driver come and leave previously. When my delivery driver got to my home for the second time, he said he had the wrong pizza and had to back to to the location to get the right one. When we opened our big dinner box the entire meal was cold. Not to mention I live less than five minutes from the Pizza Hut location. This was the second time I was extremely dissatisfied but I decided to try their business one more time, I will definitely not be ordering from pizza hut again. Horrible customer service, crazy wait time, rude employee, and cold dinner.

Customer service from the older gentleman was great. Sad they don't deliver because im too far away. But the drive thru window is good.

Pizza under cooked never cut all the way through and the chicken that ordered had no sauce mind you I asked for honey bbq
