The staff at Jimmy John's on Ramsey St are always on point. When I come in, I'm immediately greeted and served. They're patient when I don't know what I want or change part of an order. Lastly, the food is fantastic as are their attitudes.... Kudos!
Hey this place is fast and the people are good. I did have a bad order last night however. I called, I didn't get anything but professional customer service. No one is perfect, but I'll be damned if they don't do everything to make it right.
Dont waste your money, go a few door down and get a real sub at Brooklyn pizza. Four pieces of roast beef on a whole sub, couldn't even taste it. I asked for onions, I didn't taste any. If your gonna skimp on the meat and cheese atleast fill the sandwich with lettuce. The bread was also hard. $22 only reason for 2 stars is the employee at the register was nice. And store is clean.
This is the best jimmy johns location I’ve ever been to. Super clean, very nice staff, subs taste delicious, and they never mess up our order.
Fresh food and superior service. Very nice, polite, and well mannered staff. Exceptionally clean place to dine as well.
