Tonight 3/10 I order a medium pizza and 8 pc hot Buffalo wings. My order was delivered politely but it was not cut, was COLD and my wings had NO sauce at all and were under cooked. I would've loved to keep ordering here since it's not far but when I called back to let them know the lady that answered was rude and had a attitude about the whole situation. I ordered delivery so I wouldn't have to cook tonight & still ended up having to cook after all.

If only 0 stars was an option ..nnyou guys obviously need new managers.nI’m at loss of words on how to even explain the unprofessionalism.nnour order was wrong & cold. I called got hung up on 3 times but the manager (female) i called for the 4th time and I asked to speak to a manager. In a very rude tone of voice she said she was a manager. either she’s lying, or you guys need new management. I explained to her what was wrong. she in a very loud tone of voice cut me off and said “what’s the address” I gave it to her. she said “I’ll have the driver give you a refund” and hangs up. before I could tell her not to knock on our door. my son has epilepsy he’s only one and him being woken up can trigger a seizure.nnDO BETTER, ITS 2021!

the man on the phone tonight was super nice and patient when i was ordering and my food got here super fast thanks to the amazing delivery driver and it wasn't cold great customer service and i will definitely be ordering again soon!

Pizza and sandwich was great but the honey bbq chicken wasn't what I expected. A few pieces of chicken with a little bbq sauce drizzled over them.

Ordered a large pizza. waited 45 mins then came by for pickup and found out they havent start making the order. Asked me to come back in another 30 mins.
