Always have what I need !
I went to CVS on Bragg this morning and I had the most amazing customer service experience! I needed help with finding an item and I spoke to Victoria. She didnt have any customers at the register at the time but instead of telling me where it was, she took me to the area all the way to the back of the store! Even though I was running late she conpersuaded me to get the CVS card and I saved $5 off my purchase! She gave me a few other pamphlets to save any morebegore I left. She went above and beyond in customer service. Please give her a promotion and a raise. She is an true example of what good customer service looks like when done in excellence. Thanks again Victoria.
I been waiting over 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone in the pharmacy,put me on hold never answer ..sorry customer service

After visiting the store to make purchases and fill prescription for over 15 years. But on June 24 2019. At 3:25pm Yanilda store maner had took my care of interest with my credit card payment and made a very wrong decision. She processes my $160.00 cash payment, thinking it was a debit reloaded. Due to her mistake my credit card payment was never received. Know all they tell me is to wait and contact corporate. I'm still waiting to this day...
