By far, this is the greatest experience I’ve had dealing with rim dealers/suppliers in Fayetteville, NC. I purchased a new set of wheels for my 2009 Chevy from a dealer on Murchison Road. Ever since I bought the wheels, I’ve been having issues with the balancing. I ended up getting the wheels balance four times in three weeks prior to going to RimTyme on Ramsey Street. Although I did not purchase the rim from this shop, they did not turn me away. Long story short, they took my truck did a diagnosis and informed me that my tires were bad. When I went back to the dealer I purchased the rims from, they told me they knew the tires were bad, but they still put them on.nIf you want honesty, professionalism, superb customer service and a friendly staff take your business to RimTyme on Ramsey Street. From the manager John and his extremely professional team, Jessica, Antwone and Brian, you will be well taken care of. You’re more than a customer to them.
