A lot of us college students need our parents transcripts or our own transcripts to start for fall semester . We can’t get to anyone , and doing it online doesn’t work for everyone , everyone doesn’t have a credit card or loan to verify . I need my parents transcripts for school and we can’t even talk to anyone or order it by phone . ud83dude44

Believe the reviews! Waited on hold for over 35 minutes just to have the rudest individual answer the phone! I was able to get a answer to my question unfortunately it wasn’t the answer i wanted. Please avoid this place by any means necessary you’ll thank me later !

They answer the phone now just to either transfer you to nobody and hang up or just off gate hang up on you. Have not received my taxes i filed in march its ridiculous.

Very rude workers here. Do not go here. They don’t want to help you. They will turn you away and tell you to call IRS instead. Very, very rude.
