I really hate giving these kind of star ratings, but what I'd experienced here at this location, needs to be addressed!!! Just want to get straight to the point...when I called to check the status of my prescription, the pharmacist who took my phone call made me feel unwelcome,very uncomfortable and at times, uneasy. Tbh with the customer service that I'd recieved...I just wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible!...I don't want go into detail, but I'm sure there are others out there who know exactly what I'm trying to say...what I had experience truly was unprofessional. I'm going to gave an extra star because there are a couple of People who work at this location who are really sweet, nice, friendly and professional...this is why I'm going to give it another shot! If I ever get treated the way I did today...relocation is going to be my only option!!!
Pharmacist (younger gentleman) is amazing, he's on top of his process and moves quickly. I can see some of the reviewers taking this as a negative, but I personally respect someone who knows what they're doing and maintains professionalism without fail. I have yet to have a poor experience with anyone here, glad I got lucky being close to this place.
Had a good experience here. The cashier helped me find what I needed quickly and had me checked out very quickly.
pharmacy is very rude and does not listen
Made a mistake with my Rx and suggested it was my responsibility to ensure they didn't make mistakes like this. A dangerous attitude for a pharmacy to adopt.
