Hot Shots Espresso Morganton

I went to Hot Shots for the first time this morning, craving a frozen mocha. Not only was my drink delicious & served quickly, but I was especially impressed with the stellar customer service. The young man working the window warmly welcomed me with a smile & seemed to have a genuine enthusiasm for making sure every customer has a great experience. He was more than happy to answer my questions, take my order, and started a loyalty card for me - that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. I left feeling as if I were their most important customer.nYou definitely don't get this kind of experience (or drinks!) at Starbucks. I will absolutely going back soon!

Hot Shots provides a mix of coffees and smoothies. Amazing products and fast service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they always greet you with a smile. I personally enjoy a Honey Lavender Late ud83dudc9c I will be back again and again! They have 3 size cups as well. Some places have just a small cup available. So that is definitely a plus!

Fantastic family run small business with excellent service and coffee! They periodically make up different drinks for holidays or just because and I have found my new go to that way! Highly recommend!

The coffee is great and the owners are super nice, they make you feel like family when you go through the line :)
