Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

My experience with Jackson Hewitt was phenomenal. My agent Eunice was concerned with my needs. When I couldn’t go in to file my taxes; she suggested that I can file over the phone. She gave me step by step instructions on how to get my info and stayed on the phone until my email was sent her. After wards she sent me an email/text to let me know my taxes was file. I was very satisfied with my service.

This is the third year my wife and I have filed taxes using Jackson Hewitt and we have had nothing less than excellent service! Our tax preparer/pro this year was named Albert. Albert was kind, polite, professional and overall just had a great attitude and good vibes!

Kimberly S. and Karen P. were both very professional and willing to answer any and all questions I had. They got me in and out in a very timely manner but not rushed. I appreciate all their help and the ease of not having to stress about my taxes on my own. I will definitely be returning. Way to go JH!!!

My tax agent was mrs Eunice and she was very professional and super easy to work with. I trade stocks so I couldn’t do it on my own this year. I will be returning next year to get my taxes handled again. Great company and great workers also, i got a advance on my return which is so needed during these covid times !

I went in to do my taxes and Erik made it a breeze. This is my first time filing and he was able to explain the whole process without it sounding complicated. Definitely recommending him to my friends and family!
