At PP&B we are very pleased with the quality of service, professionalism and response that we always receive from Austin's Mechanical. Recently I had to place a call for service and everyone was so pleasant (which I appreciated because it was my first time placing a service call for our organization) and as promised Chris was there the next morning to address our issue. He was very professional, attentive to my questions and I was impressed with his knowledge and the time he took to explain in detail what he did to rectify our problem. Thanks for a job well done.

We had these folks quote a new install of heating and air in an old house that had never had central air. They came out on time and were very professional. We decided to use them and couldn’t be happier. Great folks and great quality of work. They will handle all our heating and air needs.

Austin’s Mechanical did a great job installing our new heat pumps and removing our old gas furnace. The installers were extremely professional. They also delivered what was promised, and on schedule. The new units are quiet and they heat the house without any issues. The units were installed neatly and they left no mess; you couldn’t even tell they had been there. Absolute best value in town.
