I wish I could give zero star. 1st I waited forever in the cold for someone to contact me about an ETA. When they guy finally called me, he said he would could be at my location within 10 min, no more like 30+. When he arrived, he reeked of Marijuana. After unlocking my car, he charged me an outrageous amount. I refused to pay and called the direct phone number. While on the phone with the office, the technician tells me, he can give me a discount...really?? $200+ dollar discount. Then he tells me he is the manager and not to call anyone about his service. The lady in the office has not returned my call. Please do not waste your time or money with this company. Total rip off!!
Horrible experience, do not use this company! Damaged my car, locksmith showed up 30 minutes late (in fuzzy slippers!) refused to tell me the price until he got there, and then it was a complete rip off. Key Me just uses random contractors, so you never know if you’re actually getting someone competent or not. Do yourself a huge favor and call a local, reputable company. This is not it, I promise.
It was a lifesaver to have my key on file in case of a lockout. It worked out perfectly.
Brought house keys out of Kroger’s kiosk machine I would’ve rather got my key right then instead of the mail because of the price
I used the kiosk at a Kroger store. They need a cheaper option than 9.99.
