It's absolutely horrible ud83dude2d unfortunately I didn't get a chance to view the home before I signed the lease. It's impossible to get in contact with the owner. I've been here less than 4months and I'm ashamed to invite guest. Rent is too high for this slump ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

Over the past 4 years had been a disappointment due to the folks on hand not keeping our community the best it could be.nWell, now we have Ms Rita and a new maintenance crew who care about our community. Ms Rita and maintenance have been working very long hours to clean our community back up.nIt is WONDERFUL to have the office and maintenance care about us tenants and cares about making our community better.nThe riff raff is finally being removed and the police patrol throughout the day and night for our safety.nI look forward to seeing our community thrive.

Great place but little pricy but is on the way to being a better place to live needs a playground an more security but still a nice place for first time renting wouldn't think it be the kinda place to set long term stay such as settling in for good lol but that's ok

Don't waste your TIME. Electric rips you off and management takes forever fixing needs and if you have kids...drug area

It has gone down alot in value. They have serious pothole issues. Beware!
