I'm not sure if corporate office or even a district manager ever visits this location. Because if they did they would probably shut it down or fire the entire staff. Yesterday we were told that they were out of chicken, which made absolutely no sense. Once before we were told that they weren't taking orders in the middle of the day with no further explanation of why. This seems to be a pattern with this location in Forest MS. We have notified corporate twice. I would not recommend this location at all.
This place is taking up valuable ground. A lemonade stand would better.
Better ask if they have your choice of chicken when u order or u may end up having to take whatever is left...no condiments period unless your ask, not even a napkin.
Ordered a 3 piece chicken and only got 2. But gave me 3 extra pieces to make up for it.
This has to be the most unpleasant KFC on the face of the planet. Every time I have ever been here whether it’s drive-through or pick up inside all of the staff are incredibly rude and abrupt and makes you feel like it is such a burden to get your order.nnOnline says that they open at 10 AM seven days a week. I went through the drive-through at 10:39 AM today and the only response I got was “we’re not ready yet”.nnSounds like they need to clean house and get new management and new staff.
