We ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and paid extra for them once delivered they were original crust. We started eating them and had 1/2 slice before calling and they refused to remake cause we had a bit out of them. Asked for a refund for the difference in deep dish and original crust and crabby rude employee said bring the entire pizza here and I’ll give you a refund.. extremely rude worker on the phone!!
We order pizza online about once a week. For the past 3 weeks in a row our pizza has been made incorrectly the first time. To give them credit they did remake the pie correctly the first 2 times. We like Pizza hut but, we may have to skip our weekly pie until the kitchen crew is trained to pay attention to detail.
Everytime I order from them either the pizza is an hour late getting delivered not made right and/or not cooked or burnt. I've called to inform them about the problems and all I get is attitude and annoyance from management and staff.
Food could have been better
Well to say the least the place was dirty. Ordered some chicken Alfredo and a pizza, cashier said 15 minutes til ready and they will bring out to my car. I waited 50 minutes before going in to find out my order was ready and they were never going to bring it out. Wasted 35 minutes for nothing and the 6inch pizza had so much red sauce you can eat it with a spoon if that's your thing.
