New ownership, seems better than before. They have changed the fries, but you get more chicken strips. Haven't tried anything else. However, the parking lot is awful. Its full of holes, especially around the first corner past the pay window. Thought I had broke something in my big Silverado. Small cars and suv's shouldn't have any trouble.

I went do some hunting with a friend and all the guys were raving over the chicken here . I have to say that I agree very good chicken and fried okra and friendly service.

Love the people and the food. The worker got to cook them burgers a little longer that's my only complaint. One of the best small business restaurants.

Food was good. The price was great compared to Mississippi Fried in Waynesboro. They supposedly share the same recipes; even the sauces to my understanding. Their sauces are not good! They are dark and very thick. Definitely not as good as MS Fried there!
