They didn't have the part we needed, but the service guys and the parts counter lady were super helpful in diagnosing and confirming the part we did need. They didn't charge us since they couldn't help us.

Very impressed with their service department and Janet in parts.nnJanet knows what she's doing and knows how to work the various manufacturers, suppliers, and warranty companies to serve the customers. And, if she can't make it work, she'll tell you why. She won't sugar coat it or work magic for you, but she'll get you taken care of in most cost effective way that she can. And, if it's not covered under any of your warranty options, the cost of their services seems very fair and appropriate.nnThe guys in service were very helpful to the point of calling an asking if we wanted our unit winterized as colder weather approached and they were waiting on parts. They took care of the issues we had and reinforced some flimsy aspects of our rig that, in my opinion, should have been done by the manufacturer at the factory. And, when something wasn't quite right when we picked up our unit, they dropped everything and made it right so we didn't have to make a second trip back for our fifth wheel.nnThey are very busy, but not as busy as some of lower rated shops in the area. They always took the time to update me with progress whenever I called, which was weekly and occasionally more often if they needed more information or either of us had questions. Most importantly, they knew when our next tripped was planned and made sure they finished the work within the schedule we discussed in the beginning.nnWe bypassed several service centers that were closer to try them out. Primarily because they had the right answers over the phone when I called to discuss tire wear and axle issues. We'll drive the 50 miles to use them again.nnThanks Janet, Doyle, and the rest of the service department for courteous, thorough, and timely service.
