After 10 years between visits I am pleasantly surprised at how much better it is now. I had the meat & three lunch special featuring a salmon patty plus blackberry cobbler today and enjoyed it. I saw catfish platters delivered to a nearby table and decided to come back soon to try it too. I wondered why the parking lot is always full so know I know why!
Popped down to Cornith from TN for shopping and ran across this place on Google. The service was great and the food was excellent. We ordered a sirloin, ribeye, & butterfly shrimp all of which was cooked perfectly. The steaks were seasoned nicely! The baked potato was cooked to perfection, moist, fluffy and not over cooked. Glad we found this place. We are bookmarking it to come back in the future!
Our waiter Emanuel was awesome. He was nice, attentive, courteous. He's a great we will request him next time we come.
Well folks for my first time here it was really delicious and delightful meal. I recommend the catfish fillet meal boneless. One fillet of fish is big enough to curve your hunger. Sweet tea is good but sweet !!! I recommend a half to half mix of sweet and unsweet tea. Service was on time and cheerful. Over all folks a solid 4.8 stars from me. Excellent meal. Great service. Never ran out of tea and chicken liver dinner was excellent. Great friendly people.
