I’ve walked by and had conversations with Susan for several years. Recently I went in for my first haircut after my regular place wasn’t available. I am in love with my new haircut. I need to know what was put in my hair cause it made it so soft!!
Great service! Super friendly! One of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my hair and they exceeded my expectations.
I had my hair cut by Susan and she did an amazing job! She cut it exactly the way I wanted, and was so incredibly kind to me, and complimented me on my hair during my appointment and made me feel really special! I’d never had that experience before at a hair salon. She also showed me a cool trick to style my hair that was easy to replicate and made my hair look that much more amazing. Amazing customer service! Would highly recommend!
Very friendly atmosphere. They were booked when I wanted to go, so I made a later appointment, but when a spot became available they called me back to offer a reschedule--so helpful! My stylist was great, conversational and professional. She made me feel confident about my hair and she didn't fuss when I asked her to adjust a few cuts and style my bangs a certain way--in fact, she told me she'd rather do what it took to make sure I loved the cut, and asked me to tell her honestly what I wanted, and offered to fix it if I realized in a day or two that it wasn't right somehow. Loved the service!n(I don't remember her name but I'll update when I remember!)
I recently tried Susan King Salon after moving and needing to find a new place to get my hair cut. All of these reviews are right on! I had my hair cut by Susan herself, and it was a wonderful experience! She did a fabulous job cutting my hair in a way that was perfect for me. She also gave me some hair styling tips that were genuinely helpful and not at all judgmental. To top it off, we had a great conversation while she was cutting my hair. I admire Susan for running such a great salon and for also donating her time to charity. I will definitely be returning!
