I had a screwed up highlight from different salon and Charlie fixed it more manageable, and better blending color. He is very knowledgeable and customer focused. I am happy with the result.
My hair is totally ruined and I am not sure how long it will take to recover from this hair. Charlie has very outdated hairdressing skills and knowledge . He was full of himself and asked a lot of personal questions. I wish he could have paid more attention to my hair than my personal life. $60+tip for a haircut wasn't reasonable for this disaster. I will never go back.
Charlie is a very knowledgeable and talented stylist. He is patient, detail-oriented, and very informative. We appreciated him explaining the steps prior to service. He will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re highly satisfied with your hair.
I have been going to her for 3 years. I have no style skills whatsoever, but my hair always looks incredible.
