I had them wire my last house and they did an awesome job so I was planning on using them on my current home in building.nThey took themselves off my permit and will not respond to my calls or emails as to why they are no longer my electric contractor on my permits. I really need my temporary electric right now and I can't get them to respond.nWith construction being at the busiest time in the last 34 years it not that easy to just get a new company lined up.nMake it right....CALL ME

Contacted Branson Electric about a possible issue with a client's panel. The gentleman on the phone took the time to explain the situation. He could have scheduled a service call and charged me for the time it took him. He knew that the request that was being made could be easily explained over the phone. Kudos for taking the time to provide customer service! Appreciate a company that values customer service over focusing on the dollar earned. I would recommend your service to others.

As someone that had low expectations with various contractors, they raised those expectations. We had an issue with some work done in our house and they made multiple visits to ensure the job was done right and we were satisfied. If you work with TJ, he’s great. Very happy with them.

We have reviewed Branson Electric Company and out of a possible 100 points we have determined that this company scores a 31.nnThe electricians at Branson Electric were observed at Chestnut Creek in O'fallon and it became apparent that they are very unprofessional and their work is very rushed. They do complete work very fast but there isn't very much craftsmanship to their work and to our understanding Branson Electric is a member of the IBEW Union Local 1 in St. Louis, MO (International Brotherhoods of Electrical Workers) which makes it even more surprising that they don't have noticeable pride in their work.nnOur review was based off of a 100 point scale split into 5 scoring categories.nn(Each category worth 20 possible points)nnProfessionalism: 5/20nSafety: 6/20nQuality: 2/20nEquipment: 10/20nEfficiency: 8/20nn31/100
