I am very pleased with the professionalism of James. The punctuality was excellent. Provided service was awesome. Came to fix a damaged wire in the attic and ended up with me coming up with a list of electrical projects around the house. He did each one quickly and professionally and gave excellent guidance on an upcoming project. I am very pleased with the efficiency and knowledge.

From the start to the finish Ken was knowledgable, friendly, and extremely efficient. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even gave me so amazing tips being a first time home-owner. I genuinely appreciated this a great deal. This is my second time using Seph Electrical Services and both times have been great experiences. Highly highly recommend.

After getting a few quotes from larger electrical companies I decided to contact Seph Electrical Services based on their google reviews. Clearly competent in electrical work and light installation. On time, accurate with measurements and finished the job in the exact amount of time I was told at consultation. Great people to work with. Highly recommend!

Ken showed up and handled the diagnosis and repair since we had strange electrical issues.The level of customer service was excellent, end to end. Everything from the text alerts, scheduling communication, staff profiles online, to the actual in-home service and digital payment process. He communicated each step of the repair, was up front about pricing, and made quick work of everything. Really incredible.

The electrician from this place came out to my house during snow. He helped solve some electrical problems that had been plaguing us for a while. He worked quickly and was very helpful in letting me know the cause of our problems. He had a charge just for coming to the house but it was very reasonable as was the total for all of the work. I would definitely recommend his company to any of my friends around.
