Brian at Elements Electric Services is a trustworthy, patient, and informative electrician. He is always punctual, clearly illuminates all electrical issues, and does an impeccable job. He and his polite crew keep such a tidy workspace and Brian takes the time out of his exhausting day to answer all customer questions and give advice on next phases of work. We have been searching a long time for an electrician we can trust, and we are so lucky to have found Elements Electric Services. Hurray!

Brian responded and we scheduled a free inspection the following day. He was great at informing me of the current condition of the outlet in my room, and suggested we set up a dedicated line to accommodate for the power for my new gaming setup. If you're looking for a quality electrician with great customer service, I'd definitely recommend these guys.

I initially contacted the electrician from Elements Electric Services as my solar inverter had failed out of warranty. He was energetic in sourcing and installing a replacement. On his first visit he pointed out some aspects of the electrical system in my house which were not up to standard, so I asked him to come back to make a thorough investigation and then rectify the faults. I am very glad I did as I am confident I now have a safe house. I was impressed by his thoroughness, extensive knowledge and professionalism.

Brian stopped by, gave me a quote, and then called me back a half hour later letting me know that their schedule opened up and that they could complete the work the same day! They finished the multiple jobs in record time and for less than the original quote. I'd highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again in the future.

The technicians and the crew were amazing. I had about six little projects that they completed well over a couple of days. He was responsive via cell when it came to arrival time. Upon completion we walked the jobs and I was assured that it was done well. On the morning of the second day, our school lost lighting. He took time to troubleshoot the problem and found an electrical fire. Amazing to have such a professional team. Highly recommend Elements Electric Services.
