Over the years, I've dabbled in yoga classes at different establishments, but it was always difficult for me to commit to a regular routine. After attending a few classes at Carondelet Yoga Center, I was so impressed with Ashley that I booked her for ongoing private lessons. Her care and attention, coupled with her ability to clearly communicate movements have produced near immediate results that I can both see and feel!nnThis unassuming yoga center is a hidden gem, located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for remaining present, which can often be difficult for me at studios located in noisy, more highly trafficked locations. They offers different classes for a variety of experience levels, so I'm confident that I can continue to expand upon my beginner's practice with the instructors there for a long time to come. I never write reviews, but the individual attention you will receive here is unlike anything I've experienced at larger studios that left me feeling overlooked or like I wasn't properly learning the positions. Give Carondelet Yoga Center a try. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you!!
I love Carondelet Yoga center! It's so calming and I feel so refreshed after yoga each Sunday. Ashley is a great instructor!
This yoga center is great! The teachers are so welcoming and the studio setting is very intimate - great for small groups and one on one sessions!
