One of the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to. I was visiting from out of town and had an emergency and the young lady Pharmacist was very helpful getting my prescription there.
Pharmacy is always quick and friendly. Pharmacist named Sylvia was very helpful answering my questions and picking out medicines for my cold.
The man who works as the front end manager is extremely kind and welcoming. Everytime I go in to this location I see him consistently warmly greeting every single customer. Today I saw him taking the time to escprt an elderly customer out to her car. Seeing this act of kindness made my day. I am and will continue to remain a loyal customer to the East Gate Rite Aid for a number of reasons, but the largest of those is because the Manager exemplifies what customer service should be and makes every visit to the drug store true pleasure.

I will never return to this pharmacy (except to collect the prescription which I need). What a joke....total waste of time.nnMy doctor faxed over the prescription a day earlier(pills). When I arrived, I was told my prescription was removed from the shelf and I needed to wait 20 minutes as they refilled it. After waiting 30 minutes the pharmacist tells me, they gave my prescription to another customer and I would need to come back the next day to collect my prescription. Which, by the way, is actually an order for another customer. So I was told.
