Terrible Service-The person didn't show up to the appointment to rent the unit. I had taken the day off work to rent the unit and move stuff. When I finally got the unit, the manager didn't seem familiar with her own contract. I will definitely not be using this place again.
I rented a storage unit on behalf of my father when my mother died. My father made the last payment and said he'd moved out. The lady working there agreed everything was good instead of telling him that I specifically needed to write to them that I'd moved out.nShe waited until the next payment was due to call me and let me know that not only did I need to pay for that month, but because of a 30 move out notice requirement, I was now on the hook for another month.nI feel taken advantage of, to say the least.
Not sure what other negative reviews are about. I called to rent a unit and they met me on a Sunday to fit my schedule. They did require a confirmation 1 hour before we were suppose to meet, but since I answered when they called, the showed up and could not have been more friendly or knowledgeable.
