If you’re a person of color avoid this store. They acted as if I was invisible as they watched me look through the store. Neither of the employees acknowledged my presence or asked to help me find what I needed.

Each time I've been to the store, staff had been very helpful, friendly, and informative. The materials at the store are awesome and I could spend hours there just browsing.

I purchased an item for $12.99. (Tax 10%=$1.29 reflected on the store receipt). Then I exchanged the item for the same $12.99 value. (Tax 10%=1.30 reflected on the store receipt). The sales person could not answer the discrepancy. Only said that the store's cashier machine probably made an error. The store has great product. But I feel that something is shady about the store's cashier machine.

Thank you for giving us so many selections of education tools. As a parent, I love shopping here since they are so many things I want to try with my kiddos! Keep up the great work!!

This store offers well-made, educational, quality items. However, the internal operation leaves much to be desired. A recent transaction resulted in an overcharge, which the store acknowledged, but not for the first time, the computer system was acting up and the employees didn't seem to have any idea how to work around it. So for expediency, I agreed to accept a store credit.nnIt took several tries to find a way to use the credit, particularly on line. Only after emails with customer service did I learn what I could have done to utilize the store credit................BUT THAT PROCESS IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND ON THE WEBSITE. I will continue to shop there for my grandson, but I will be very very cautious when it comes to purchasing.
