Plato's Closet

I had been looking for a Patagonia quilted snap jacket and they had one in my size as soon as I walked in! After a discount for following the IG page, it was about $50 so 1/3 the price of a new one. I’m taking off a star because while it was a good deal, I still feel it was a bit high for secondhand clothes.

After reading some negative reviews, I was worried before going in this past Friday to sell my clothes. Surprisingly, I had totally excellent experience. Staff were super nice at the register, in the fitting room and on the floor. They made sure I was hand free while I was shopping, holding the door when I carried the box in and out. The collections are great; items are clean and well organized. For the items I sold, I didn't get too much back but since I was simply trying to get rid of them, I'm happy they took them. Overall, great experience and will go back!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Every employee was super friendly! I was greeted multiple times when I walked in, and was also asked if I wanted to start a fitting room. Smooth selling process as well (everything was digital/contactless). When I left, they thanked me for stopping by. Their instagram is worth a follow as well. I will definitely be going back!

I have shopped at this Plato's Closet for years. The staff is always friendly are always helpful without being overbearing, especially Sara and Shay. The store is clean and has a great selection of name brand clothing. I no longer live in Washington state but make this must stop when I'm home.

My name is Dawn , I'm a regular at Plato's closet in Bellevue, always have at least 1 item I leave the store with if not more ;). I like the rewards club that gives you discounts and offers the more you buy. Decent prices when selling too. Very friendly staff. I saw a bad review saying that they thought the staff thought they were a thief ud83dude02, they do that to everyone, it's called customer service so you don't have to hold all that while shopping, Everytime I go in there they do that.
