Highly recommend working with this company to order a breast pump. Ask for Helen, she was amazing to work with. She is incredibly helpful, straightforward, detailed and kind. I had a great experience and picked the right pump all via email. People make the difference. Many friends have used or recommended websites to automatically submit a claim for a pump. I was skeptical of those sites. What worked best for me was to call my insurance, and they connected me to PMSI. Working directly with PMSI was the best choice.nnI highly recommend PMSI, couldn’t have been easier. Fast shipping, excellent customer service with quick response times to questions, and tremendous help selecting the right pump. I wanted to try a more expensive pump that is new vs. a tried and true medical grade pump that is fully covered by my insurance. After fully evaluating my needs, I was directed toward the pump that was fully covered. No attempts by PMSI to steer me to a pricer pump. The pricier pump probably works well for many people, but at least I know my needs were put first to determine the right pump. PMSI earned my trust.

Great customer service! Helen was very personable during our interaction over the phone. She went above and beyond what I would expect of a retailer to do in order to assist me with a specialty lactation item that I was seeking. If you don't see the specific item you are looking for on the company's website, don't hesitate to call to see if they might be able to help - I found what I needed and even more! My order was quickly shipped to me and was exactly as promised. I will be sure to check here should I need other lactation supplies and will inquire regarding their other medical supplies as well. Overall a great experience - highly recommend!

Super easy process to order a pump through my insurance! I selected the pump I wanted while pregnant, and then simply emailed when our baby was born and they shipped it right away.
