Bought my balloons and waited almost 20 minutes to get them filled

Their employees are completely unqualified to do their job. The manager does not have any authority, I'd recommend to avoid this place.

They have a costume wall that is number coded to pick out your costume I noticed that the aisles were a bit messy, but that's expected around this time. (Halloween). The staff were helpful and nice, I would return again

This place is not only over priced, but also has really has bad service. We ordered two packages of balloons and told them to bundle them together. They conveniently missed one package when we picked them up. When I asked them to tie them all together they rudely refused. Bad bad service!

$$$ Expensive prices and abysmal customer service. Prepare to be ignored and pay 2x the price compared to other places. Will avoid moving forward.
