Love this store! I’ve been going there for years and they have great customer service here. The people here are always friendly and I always feel like I’m talking to friends.

I am blown away by the customer service! Best Torrid I have been too. Very helpful with finding the right size and clothing style I was looking for. Very friendly and fun. They answered all my questions and even helped me figure out how to use a coupon.nnThe employees were so kind! I asked if they had a different size in specific style pant I wanted in store, after looking they did not. They were able to find it online and get me free shipping to my house. I was a couple dollars short on my purchase even with the coupon. The employee went out of her way helping me fill out a survey online to get an extra 10% off!!!!
