Had to move a large, sensitive machine into a truck, not easy and was very nervous.nnEli and Autum were just A+ to deal with, as were the rest of the team they sent.nnThey have a can do attitude, that goes a long way.nnVery upfront about charges and cost, remember nothing goes to plan. Eli was very straightforward about that if extra stuff had to be done, or material moved not quoted, that is fair enough, and what you could expect.nnJob was completed. Their communication is excellent, calling me at 6 pm PST was impressive, very responsive.nnThank you guys.

So I’ve used Excalibur moving company three times now. The first two experiences were amazing and I just raved about them constantly. I recently just moved and this experience with them was so subpar I was wondering if it was the same company. They were not as fast about the move as they have in the past (I moved during warmer months in the past) and almost seemed to be milking the clock. I understand this is hard work and you want to make the most of your work day, but there was more laughing and talking then work being done. Also, the drive between the two places was 45 minutes, and it took them a hour and 30 minutes to get to the new place because they stopped and got lunch. That’s fine but then we were charged for that time. We basically ended up buying them a $130 lunch. They were also a lot rougher with our stuff and broke some of our stuff during the move. Unfortunately, things were so chaotic, moving is so stressful, and at this point I just wanted them out of my house, I didn’t investigate everything before they left. This experience has definitely made me not want to ever use them again or recommend them to family/friends.

This was a great experience! I spoke to Autum in the office and she was very patient. This was my first time hiring movers and I had lots of questions and concerns. This was a move from Maryland to Richmond. The movers showed up on time and they were extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I was extremely impressed with how fast they were. They were amazing and I would definitely use this company again. Outstanding work! Thank you!

Fantastic experience!! I highly recommend Excalibur. I recently needed to do a move for my business- I called Excalibur and spoke with Eli. He listened to all my concerns and he was patient with all of my questions. The guys came right on time and were quick and efficient. I was so happy with the move that I called them to do a small job a week later and I received the same great service.
