Brian is exceptional. I called him in desperation and he totally showed compassion and understanding and helped me immediately. I will come back to this facility and recommend it to anyone looking for storage. Brian is a valuable asset to this business. Arena took care of my reservation over the phone and initially at location. She is exceptional!! I was very impressed with her warm and articulate communication. She took time to explain the process in detail and all went smoothly. She walked me to my unit and ensured gate code worked. Her demeanor throughout the process was professional and extremely kind. I chose this location based on my initial interaction with Akena via phone. Akena epitomized outstandingly service start to finish. Thank you!!!!
Alhena and Brian were amazing! They helped ease the stress of moving by explaining the storage agreement and gave me tips for storing those items that l really care about. Awesome experience!
