DO NOT RENT STORAGE SPACE HERE! Rates appear to be cheap initially. They deserve zero stars for raising rates in the middle of a pandemic when the world is facing health and financial hardships. This company only cares about themselves. They raised the rent with 30 days notice. They do not send email notifications of bills or rent increases. I was notified of the rent increase via postal mail. What if my address was incorrect? I would of received fees or figured it out hopefully when I went to pay the bill. There are hidden fees.nnPronThe only pros are the employees appear to be nice and the units are clean. But then they will nicely send you bills for fees and increase the rent at anytime.nnI have rented from Public Storage in the past. They actually care about their customers. I would recommend renting from them instead.nnReply to owner - Its not frustration, its disappointment in the way your company does business. The late fees occurred because I moved at the height of the pandemic and no email reminder was sent to customers. I am a first responder who was busy saving lives. I was patient with you when I was locked out of my unit because you forgot to charge me for the increased insurance fee I request when I initially rented the unit. You waived what $40. I paid a few approx $300. There are no notifications sent to customers until you need for money. If it wasn't for customers, you wouldn't have a job and business wouldn't exist!

We have had a storage unit for many years at this location. The building is always clean and well lit. The couple that runs the business are friendly and really nice people. I feel that our stored property is safe. I highly recommend this business.

The colorful building helps metro access find the gate to the Department of Energy back entrance.

Great staff, kept spotless, easy access

So far so good. Not issues with my things and no moisture issues.
