When I went to Extra Storage place the front desk assistant manager was definitely helpful and everything like that! Her name was Krystal and she knew exactly what I needed when my gate code wouldn’t work properly at all. The second time I went there, my security code worked and she definitely helped make that happen. Thank you Krystal for the help!
They employees have Excellent customer service and Good communication skills.nInform one when they have a package drop off.nThe place is tidy and clean and safe.
The Units are in a great location. This facility is extremely clean. The elevators are accessible. Perhaps due to COVID there are many carts to use. Parking is limited. There is a store manager on site to answer questions. Perhaps due to COVID there were very little to no individual in the building. I would recommend this facility to others.
Have used this company for years, 3 times in 2 different states. Have always had excellent service from local staff. Never realized they won't prorate on move out if you've already paid for the month. I believe this could have been done if I had called ahead and scheduled a move out date. Just made the payment 3 days ago, hundreds wasted. Lost customer.
Came in today to get a price on a unit because the establishment next door had no one available for my reservation. Krystal was available and happy to show me two units to gauge which one would be better for me. She has great customer service and the building was very clean. Krystal is the reason I brought my business here today, and I will definitely recommend! Thanks Krystal!
