This place has to learn some customer service. 1) they never answer their phones. 2) when you leave a message they don’t return your calls. 3) They ignore schedule appointments. I took a day off of work and hired movers for a move in. I get here after confirming a move in date to a closed office. I am out of money and time. I called them and left a message about rescheduling- never got a call back. Manager on duty has no authority to help me. Then what does a manager mean? I am on hold with “customer service” for how many hours to get some help.nWill never use this company again.
I was looking for a storage unit for my landscaping company and Ileana was a BIG help! Great customer service, super helpful. I'd recommend to anyone.
