Super easy and super fast! I submitted an online reservation form, and within 5 minutes received a call from Joshua. He was so courteous, efficient, and thorough. He made sure my code worked while I was on the phone and made great recommendations. Joshua is great and this speaks well to Extra Space!
Accessibility, flexibility, and customer satisfaction. They do a great job of understanding and working with the customer to ensure you are satisfied with the service being provided. This is one thing I always appreciated about them. They had a broad range of units too look at and were very assuring, making sure my needs were met. More specifically, I got the name of one young man Joshua Culler who I could tell was very passionate in regards to his service and bettering the company. He helped me and made sure I walked away pleased. Would totally recommend this place to anyone in the Silver Springs area!
The staff members are polite and friendly. The storage area is clean and property is well maintained. Joshua provided excellent customer service during every interaction.
The storage room was clean and the garage opened and we bring in the uhaul truck load and unload. The place was peaceful..plus it next to a church and business hotel
