I have been nothing but happy with Shady Grove Self Storage. I've been renting there for about one year and they have great customer service. They are conveniently located on Shady Grove Road and their units are climate controlled. Parking is never a problem there. 24-hour access is a big plus! No need to wait when you need to access your storage unit. I would highly recommend.
WORTH ITnnI've used SGSS a couple of times so far and I have to say the management staff and esp. Helen makes it extremely easy and hassle free. Costs are reasonable and location is perfect. Clean and just what is needed.

I've been using Shady Grove Self Storage for a while, and they are the best place around. They have 24hr access and the units are climate controlled. There is a restroom and the entire place is always clean. I like the convenience of a 7-11 (plus other stores) upstairs too.nThe staff here are very helpful and have always been sympathetic and responsive to my storage needs.nI highly recommend them!
Can't say enough great things about this place. Woman who runs the facility is amazing...She was so friendly and helpful. They treat you like family here, not like the big storage guys. The facility is spotless, 24 hr access is great, and none of the competitors have that feature. We have told all of our friends about this place. Wouldn't go anywhere else for storage!!
