This is my first time renting a storage unit and I wasn’t confident I could do it just online. So I made to the facility and the agent Farid, made it easy and simple. I got a walk through to all process. Excellent customer service: friendly and helpful.
Great experience! Rented for just over a year and they were great during these times of Covid. They follow protocols and the area is kept clean. I had an issue where my storage unit was difficult to open. They immediately went to work on fixing it! They have to replace the latch and we’re incredibly friendly the whole time. Highly recommend
Ive been renting here for a couple of years and have been very satisfied. Kat, along with the rest of the staff work very hard to keep the facility clean and well maintained. Very friendly as well. I would recommend Extra Space Storage. Prices are competitive.
I had to go to Extra Space storage and always appreciate great service. Most recently Kat provided excellent and friendly customer service at the Extra Space storage in Gaithersburg. Not only did she provide excellent service, but she made a difficult storage need manageable. Our boxes in storage had worn over time and she helped find the right replacements for the size of the items in our unit.
Kat is a very beautiful lady. This storage space is very good. I have been here for almost two years and have never encountered any trouble.
