Rented a 10x40 space for a couple of years. The only good thing was the size of the unit. Rent was increased multiple times. Regularly had my unit blocked by others. Staff did not care. One time a truck was parked in front of my unit staff said they did not care if people left vehicles there. It was my responsibility to get the vehicle moved. Waited two hours for the person to come back and move their vehicle. A unit above mine clearly had a something leaking in it, an oily substance was dripping into my unit. Once again, the staff did not care. They staid they would check it out and contact me. They never did.

My mother rents a space in this location. She was very frustrated with how dirty the area looked around her unit and we were considering moving to another location. A few days ago we went to our unit to look for some something we needed and we immediately noticed the difference around our space! It was a lot cleaner which made it a more pleasant experience for my mother to know that her things are in a place that is being taken care of. We met Steven who was walking around the area and we noticed him cleaning up areas around the storage spaces . This was truly the first time we had seen anyone out cleaning the area so we were surprised. He walked by us and greeted us and even offered to help us. We will be keeping this space for now as we see that there is new staff that actually care for their customers experience.

received help by a woman in the office by the name of Liz. I'm moving out of my house and needed boxes and may need storage in the future. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. 5 Star service!

I came in and spoke with a girl named Delilah and she was so professional. Helped me a lot because I didn’t know anything about getting a unit. She even took the time to guide me where my unit was when she seen I was going the wrong way! She was wonderful! I would definitely recommend!

After looking for a storage space for a week now and going around comparing prices between different companies, I decided to go with this public storage location. I went in to inquire about the spaces and the pricing, I was assisted by Steven who I assumed is the manager at this location. Steven was very friendly, he answered all the questions I had and explained everything very thoroughly. He mentioned to me that I could buy boxes and a lot of the supplies that I will need to move my things there and that I could set up automatic payments for my storage space which will be so convenient for me! Steven provided great customer service by answering all my questions, he was very helpful and professional and I felt at completely safe and at ease because the environment was clean and he was following covid guidelines. It was his customer service that sold me on this location.
