Every detail was totally painless and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. John and Rosalynn are going out of their way to make sure everything goes smoothly. They explain everything and so there are no surprises when you move into your unit..nThe facility itself is super clean and the CubeSmart app works great and makes access easy. I will highly recommend this CubeSmart location to anyone. It's not often that you find a combination of this level of customer service and a facility that is organized and clean like this.
Our experience reserving our unit was wonderful. They answered all of our questions, and honored our reservation price even though rates had increased substantially. The location is clean and secure.
Getting set up was super easy. I used my particular storage unit for just under a year and experience no issues. Access hours were super convenient. The day I closed my account was just as easy. Would definitely recommend or use CubeSmart again in the future.
