I found Extra Space storage online and reserved a storage unit there. They were quick to reach out and helped me by showing me the unit and helping me with the rental process. The prices advertised online were accurate and there were no hidden costs or fees! Michael was the employee who greeted us when we came in to see the unit and he was very helpful with everything and was easy to work with.

The management and staff were fantastic! They are very considerate and timely. I could not ask for a better experience and we have been renting storage units for years in different states.

I have been a customer at this location for over 20 years. I needed a second unit and contacted the office yesterday. The office manager on duty, Michael, found me a suitable space and processed my application with professionalism and efficiency. I was finished in no time and able to go about my business. Excellent experience overall.
