The place is kind of hidden so you have to be careful not to miss the driveway. That would be my only complaint. If you consider that a complaint. First of all it was nice to see the establishment was very Covid conscious. I was greeted, with a smile, by a woman who asked then listened to what my needs were. She made a recommendation a escorted me to the unit to make sure if it was acceptable. After that the contract all automated. The whole process took about 15-20 minutes from beginning to end. I think the woman’s name was Rosa who helped me. ud83dudc4dud83cudffcnA friend referred me who has been using them for several years happily.nIf first impressions mean anything I understand why.

Move out day! Here's the update.nEasy to move in, easy to move out. Large clean space for a reasonable price with no hassle to get it and no hassle to get out. Thank you very much for the experience. It was a big help at the right time.nnAlberto was very helpful, even informing me of a promotion that I wasn't aware of which saved me quite a bit of money in upfront costs. He was also extraordinarily respectful and well-mannered. He didn't rush the process at all. Even though he was obviously busy, he was really patient and gave the call the time it needed. Alberto is truly professional but personable and pleasant as well. An excellent example of what customer service should be. I'd like to thank him for making the process painless.
