I had to make an update to my reservation and Keke at this location was incredibly helpful with the changes. She helped me find not only a more suitable unit size than I originally planned for, but at a great rate as well. I'm very happy with the service and friendly interaction.
The storage environment is perfect and the customer service is outstanding!! Kekeli made sure we were taken care of and helped through the whole process. Very great customer service!
This was our first time renting a storage space and the property manager Kekeli was very nice and welcoming. She didn’t have a problem answering all of our questions and was sure that we left satisfied and happy. And we did leave very happy with the customer service she provided!
Kekeli provided awesome service in my immediate time of need. I would recommend of customer service alone :)
