If I could give this storage location 6 stars I would! Location is very clean, is easily accessible off 270, and has plenty of carts and materials. They take security seriously, and have practical policies in place to make sure you and your belongings are safe. The staff are engaging and very helpful, and Clinton - the store manager - is also very knowledgeable & doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.nnI previously stored items at a competitor, and the headache of moving the items is well worth every penny. If you are looking for a storage location, I highly recommend this location.
Clinton is by far the best person that we have had the pleasure to deal with at Extra Space. We have dealt with him since day one when the facility first opened under Cube Smart. He has always been professional, courteous, and provided outstanding customer service. If it wasn't for him, we would not be a customer. Rarely do you find someone that is consistently pleasant, conscientious, and goes out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied.
Extremely pleasant and businesslike experience at Extra Space Storage. The Site Manager, Clinton Anderson, went over and beyond his call of duty to accommodate my short-term rental. His courteousness and reliability are unmatched. There’s excellent cleanliness and security at this Rockville storage facility. Overall, renting storage space here is worth of recommendation. Kudos to Extra Space Storage for a job well done and for hiring professional staff.
Clinton is one of the best customer service agents I have ever encountered; and I spent 20 years in hospitality. He is knowledgeable, flexible, patient, and most importantly, he cares about his customers. He ensured my move-in and move-out day went without a single glitch and checked on me throughout the process. Thank you Clinton!!!!!!! You are the best!
Lillian was a pleasure to deal with. She graciously donated some traffic cones to my daughters club. Her communication was excellent. I cannot recommend Extra Space Storage enough!
