TLDR: Sherbet drinks! So good! So fresh!nnLocated to the right of Asian Family Market in a small food court with limited bench seating. It has it's own entry way and is located on the back right wall. Parking is a shared lot with the grocery store.nnMenu only lists item names and some pictures. Not very descriptive. But if you're a seasoned bubble tea drinker, you'll know pretty quick what you'd like to order.nnService: order and pay at the front, your order number is on your receipt, wait for your number to be called, grab your drink and enjoy the goodness!nnMango Fruit Sherbet: oh my god this is the best fruit drink from a bubble tea joint I've ever had! It is so refreshing and not overly sweet. There is an excellent blend of sweet and sour and it left me wanting more! There is also a satisfying chew to the crystal boba in the drink as well as the mango bits. Mmmmmm! I want another! It is only sold in size medium which is a total drag because it's so good! I will definitely be going back to get this drink again, for sure!
Had the pearl milk tea and the plain egg waffles. The pearl milk tea is really good! The egg waffles are not the normal shape (cute paws) but they are mighty tasty!

Taste great! I love it!
Lots of fruits in my tea. Super delicious. Girl at counter is very nice. Make sure ask for half sweetness, make the fruits taste so much better. Good value for the price.
