Loved the employees. You can tell they are like family. And they still treat there customers great. Messed up on an order from the women in frount of me and immediately fixed it. With truly apologetic tones.
Quick; in-out. Baristas were friendly and my drink was delicious.
The employees were too busy talking to each other so they couldn't wait on customers. I finally said something and they did wait on me, but they made it feel like customers coming inside again was a hassle they didn't want to have to deal with.
Exceptionally friendly staff, very mindful of covid health measures
I'm done. This is the worst Starbucks customer service experience anywhere around Seattle. I frequent about six different Starbucks regularly and others periodically. This Starbucks happens to be closest to my home. It has the worst customer service of any Starbucks I have encountered. My drinks are consistently late or wrong. And yet the employees continue to banter amongst themselves. Today it literally took 18 minutes for them to make me a hot tea on a mobile order, and I did not even get an apology. I'm done.
